2008 Mini Cooper S *runs But Has Some Issues; Will Drive Home But Needs Repair*

For Sale is a 2008 Mini Cooper S with an automatic transmission. The car runs and drives, but misfires and gets code P1497 (downstream throttle air leak). It has 108k miles on it. Car is pretty clean overall, with a clean interior (has some rips on the driver seat), also water is leaking inside of it when it rains (possibly through the sun roof, windshield, etc.) This is also causing it to have a odor in it.
