We are having another baby and the MINI only has seating for four. Our other vehicles can fit the whole family. I have a motorcycle for fair weather commuting. I had planned to drive this car for many more years, but it now is reserved for rain commutes to work. I've decided to maximize resale value and sell now so newborn expenses will hurt less. I can drive my wife's car when it rains. Miles will increase slightly: 100-200 miles as forecast is rainy this week. I bought used from Carmax in 2012...
